At Robin Babitt Fine Art, every item is created and prepared with great care. We want you to love your purchase, and we're committed to providing high quality products and excellent customer service.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition.

Returned in its original packaging.

Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Print-on-demand products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number.

Photos of the damaged product.

Photos of the shipping packaging.
We'll review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.
Once production or fulfillment has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
